MAKADI HEIGHTS PROPERTY ENQUIRIES
Your privacy
Information you submit
Submitting the enquiry form saves your name, mobile number with its country code and optional home preference on our server. We also record the form language, submission time and your consent to be contacted. Form details are sent in the request body, not added to the page URL.
How it is used
The Shazam team uses these details to respond to your request about available properties, prices and payment plans. Enquiries are stored in a MySQL database and can be accessed by the administrator through a protected dashboard. They are not displayed on public pages or saved in browser storage.
Questions and choices
Contact Shazam on WhatsApp using the link below to ask about your data, request a correction or deletion, or ask the team to stop contacting you. Please do not include sensitive information that is unnecessary for your enquiry.
Separate WhatsApp service
Submitting the form does not open WhatsApp. If you choose a chat button, you will move to WhatsApp, which operates under its own privacy policy and terms.
Private administrator access
The administrator dashboard uses an essential session cookie. If the administrator enables lead alerts on a device, we store its push-subscription details and encryption keys. Notifications are delivered through the browser's push service and contain no customer names or phone numbers. Alerts can be disabled in the dashboard. These details are not used for advertising.
Site measurement
We use the Google Ads tag for advertising measurement. Successful enquiries and clicks on WhatsApp or call buttons send conversion events; clicks do not establish that a conversation or call was completed. Advertising cookies stay denied unless you enable them through Cookie settings in the footer; settings do not open automatically. Google may receive limited cookieless measurement signals. Your cookie preference is remembered in this browser when storage is available. We do not send names or raw mobile numbers in advertising events.
Optional enhanced advertising measurement
If you select the separate optional consent box in the form, we convert your international phone number to a SHA-256 hash and send it to Google after saving your enquiry, to match enquiries with advertising. The consent notice and submission time are recorded with your enquiry. This hash is not shared if you decline, and Shazam's business number is never used in place of a visitor's number. This consent lasts for the current page visit only. You can withdraw it by unticking the box or rejecting advertising through Cookie settings, without affecting your ability to enquire.
Independent property marketing by Shazam, a real estate brokerage. This is not the official website of Makadi Heights or Orascom Development.
